Strong Vibrating Force With Various Types

The general feature of this screen sieve is the centrifugal force which uses the pulley to transmit centrifugal force to vibrate through various sizes of screening filters. The stone sieve has also been widely used for screening stone for use in the mining industry and many more.

Usage and Application

This vibrating screen moves round with multi-layers and high efficiency. It can screen the materials into multiple levels products according to different material size. lt is widely used for grading and screening in the industry of mining, building materials, transportation, energy, and chemical, etc.

Working Principle

The motor drives the vibrator via v-belt, which makes the screen to do a cyclical reciprocating in the direction of vibrator. The materials are sieved by making round movement in the screen.
