Strong enough to withstand a load of large material lumps applied
The large stone feeder or vibrating screen feeder is designed to be able to adjust the vibrating force to suit the raw materials that need to be fed into the stone crushing system by using the speed. The motor speed can be adjusted to increase or decrease speed.
The machine can send shaped and granule materials into receiving equipment evenly, timely and continuously. lt can feed the crusher continuously and classify the material primarily in sand making and stone crushing line.
Two or three stages of Grizzly feeders are bolted to the body constructed rigidly of steel plates and shape steel. The material falling portion consists of steel plate liners bolted to the screen frame. The vibrator is located at the bottom of the body.
Two unbalanced weights having the same weight are mounted on two shafts in mutually opposite directions. Vibrating pressure caused by the movement of the weights in mutually opposite directions makes the body vibrate strongly in a linear direction.
